The Jam Cellar is taking an indefinite break, so our weekly dances and lessons will not be happening after 31 July. However, we're excited to see you at our 4 August dance at Glen Echo. Enter LEAD, and FOLLOWER appears above at a window

But, soft! who hit those yonder 8-count breaks?
It is the lead, and foll'wer is the sun.
Arise, fair suns, swing out til ~midnight loom
With leads already jazzed and hype to dance;
That DJ Mike art far more fair than we.

Be not too shy, since we are boisterous,
Please ask whomever but do not fear "no"—
For none but fools there dismay; cast it off!
Dance is a gift, O, it is a joy!

Dear Valentines, please accept this partial sonnet as a symbol of our love for you / enthusiastic dances. See you Valentine's Eve.
